Dr. Schneider is a physician and professor at the University of Chicago and serves as the Medical Director at Howard Brown Health – 55th Street.

Project Manager
Patricia joined Village Health in 2021 as Project Manager. She manages Village Health operations and board activities.
Clovis Sarmiento

Project Management Consult
Clovis joined Village Heath in 2016 as Project Manager. He now works as a consultant to assist the current Project Manager with projects and operations.
